HORSES FOR SALE
We are proud of the Minis
we produce here at Kickapoo, and we will do our best to answer all
questions honestly and in a timely manner. We pride ourselves on giving
more than is asked for, and will send lots of photos, misc. information,
history, health records, and answer all questions to the best of our
ability. We like for our Minis and their buyers to be a good "match",
and if we don't think that is possible, we will work with you to find a
mini who WILL fit your needs. Good homes for our minis are of the
utmost importance....so prices CAN be negotiable to the right homes.
Our Minis are all on
regular farrier, vaccination, dental and worming programs. Our foals
typically start their vaccinations at 5 - 6 months. They are wormed
every month until age 1, hooves trimmed every 3 - 4 weeks for their
first 6 months, and checked by a highly respected, nationally-known
equine dentist twice yearly.
We welcome pre-purchase
vet checks...and will work with the vet of your choosing, or recommend
one. Buyer will be responsible for all charges.
We will furnish required
transport paperwork (coggins and health) for all horses that sell in the
US or Canada. International buyers will be responsible for any
quarantine/isolation and transport expenses, and related paperwork, but
we will gladly assist in any way we can.
All our Minis are
double-registered AMHA & AMHR, unless noted otherwise. All
registrations and transfers will be up-to-date and transferred over to
buyer upon payment of sales horse in full.

Interest-free payment plans may be offered for up to six months with
a 20% deposit to hold sales horse(s).
- Prices are
subject to change and/or horses withdrawn from sales list without
prior notice. I absolutely reserve the right to refuse any sale, if
I feel it's in the best interest of the horse!!
- Horses are
sold with no guarantees, unless specified in the contract.

MayZ is a 33" black/bay Frame
Overo mare and is AMHA/AMHR registered.
Her sire is a 30.5" black Frame
Overo who has been exported to Australia. Dam is a 29" black/bay roan
who is a granddaughter of Buckeroo AND Top Banana....both were AMHA
National Grand Champions Stallions! MayZ has tested positive for the
LWO (frame) gene, is homozygous for black, and negative for tobiano.
MayZ is always a standout at the
shows & wasGrand Champion Multi-Color Mare at the 2006 AMHA Eastern
Championship Show. MayZ is sweet & easy to handle. Never sick...always
has regular vaccinations, farrier & dentistry work.
Reluctantly selling due to the
fact I have kept her Frame Overo brother as our only stallion, and now
have no one to breed to MayZ. This is a beautiful, quality mare just
waiting to foal those fabulous, colorful Frame babies for someone!
